Honey bread cake recipe

This honey bread cake is a chocolate cake with a taste of honey bread. Great to please children who love chocolate! Also, you can vary with the dulce de leche filling as well, but I confess that this combination with coconut candy is my favorite and it is wonderful!! Ingredients for making honey bread cake filled with coconut:

 3 egg units

 1 cup of oil (240 milliliters)

 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)

 1 cup of sugar (can use brown)

 1 cup of chocolate powder

 2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)

 1 tablespoon of baking powder

 3 tablespoons of honey

 cloves and cinnamon powder to taste

For the filling:

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 pack of grated coconut

 200 milliliters of coconut milk

 1 tablespoon of butter

To the roof:

 6 tablespoons of sugar

How to make honey bread cake filled with coconut:

To make this delicious milk bread cake, beat the eggs, oil, honey, milk, cloves and cinnamon powder in a blender for 3 minutes.

Open the blender lid and, without stopping beating, add the sugar and blend for another 30 seconds.

In a bowl, sift the flour and chocolate powder, then transfer the blender mixture to the bowl.

Mix well with the aid of a fouet until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Finally add the yeast and stir gently.

Place the mixture of this chocolate cake with honey in a greased mold and place in a pre-heated oven at 180ÂșC for 30 minutes, or until ready.

Tip: To check, stick a toothpick: if it comes out clean, your cake is ready!

To make the cake topping add 1 cup of milk, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate, 2 tablespoons of butter. Bring to medium heat and boil for 30 minutes.

Tip: When the cake goes to the oven, put the syrup to a boil and the two are ready together.

For the prestigious filling, add 1 can of condensed milk, a packet of grated coconut, 1 glass of coconut milk and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Place over medium heat and mix over and over until creamy.

To wet the cake, boil 100 ml of water with 3 tablespoons of sugar, cloves and cinnamon to taste. That way you'll get a very aromatic syrup that will make all the difference!

Wait for everyone to cool down. For assembly, spread a napkin on the table, unmold the cake, cut it in half using a line (tie it around the cake and close the knot) and separate the two halves. In the same baking dish place one of the cake halves, soak with the syrup and spread the filling. Put the other half of the cake, soak with the rest of the syrup and cover with the syrup.
